I've always made things.
Cards, meals from whatever was in the fridge, gardens that weren't supposed to work in Oregon clay. I didn't call it creativity — I called it figuring it out. Cornucopia Circle exists because I finally realized that's the same thing.
What Cornucopia Circle is
We're a handmade card and paper crafting community based in the Portland/Scappoose, Oregon area. I teach workshops where all skill levels are welcome, all supplies are included, and no one has to pretend they know what they're doing.
The name comes from the cornucopia — the horn of plenty. Because creativity isn't a scarce resource. There's enough for everyone in the room. Sharing it doesn't diminish it.
My inspiration aunt Susan showed me that. She made things — always had, always would — and she never once made anyone feel like they were doing it wrong.
Want to make cards together?
